SCOPE
This agreement covers the terms and conditions of use of all services, products, channels, and systems (hereinafter referred to as "service" or "services") offered by GO BOX USA LLC (hereinafter referred to as "GO BOX") to customers and consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "Clients"). The terms of use of the services can only be accepted in their entirety, without any reservation or alteration, with all the resulting rules including the GO BOX Privacy Policy and procedures published by GO BOX USA LLC. GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time. The continued use of the services implies consent to the amended terms, even if the Client is not aware of them. The most recent version of the terms of use will always be available on this page.

ACCEPTANCE
By using the services of GO BOX USA LLC, the Client will automatically agree to all the terms of use presented in this document. If the Client does not agree with the presented terms, the Client should not use the services offered here. By accepting the terms of use, the Client will provide personal information to contract and use the services, declares to be of legal age to enter into such contracts, has no legal limitations, is responsible for the orders placed, and has acknowledged the list of prohibited products for shipping, as well as the respective customs and tax regulations of the countries involved.

SERVICES
GO BOX USA LLC, through the domain www.goboxusa.com, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Email, offers the following services: Information, Support, Assisted Purchase, Receipt, Evaluation, Exchange, Return, Storage, Consolidation, and Forwarding of postal packages from the United States of America to Brazil whose mail has direct connection with the United States Postal Service (USPS). All services are subject to conditions for consumption, execution, and pricing policy.

INFORMATION
GO BOX USA LLC provides information about services, suppliers, prices, and processes through its channels to assist the Client in making a decision to negotiate with a supplier. GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for the validity of the information provided, and it is the Client's responsibility to evaluate whether the information is accurate at the time of negotiation.

SUPPORT
GO BOX USA LLC provides support through its channels for all packages in transit to our warehouse, stored packages, or packages that are already in transit to the final destination, through the tracking system of the BRAZILIAN POST OFFICE or any other EXPRESS SERVICE.

ASSISTED PURCHASE
GO BOX USA LLC offers the service of receiving packages. GO BOX USA LLC receives packages from Clients daily and is not responsible for identifying the owners of packages with incorrect or incomplete delivery address and recipient data. If the owner of the package does not contact GO BOX USA LLC to prove their rights to the package within 90 (ninety) days after arrival at the warehouse, GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to use or dispose of the contents of the package at its discretion. The Client assumes full responsibility for monitoring and verifying the contents of their package when it arrives at the warehouse of GO BOX USA LLC. This can be done by tracking the tracking number and delivery confirmation number with the sender store. It is possible to make a special request to verify the contents of the package and the information recorded on the invoice, as well as photograph the goods. GO BOX USA LLC does not work with postal packages that do not have the necessary tracking numbers (tracking number).

RECEIVING
GO BOX USA LLC offers product evaluation services from an aesthetic, quantitative, capacitive, and functional perspective. GO BOX USA LLC provides a unique testing service for electronics. GO BOX USA LLC makes the test information available and is not responsible for the products tested. The final decision on the quality of a product rests with the Customer. GO BOX USA LLC tests at the request of the Customer to provide information for decision-making.

PRODUCT EVALUATION
GO BOX USA LLC offers product evaluation services from an aesthetic, quantitative, capacitive, and functional perspective. GO BOX USA LLC provides a unique testing service for electronics. GO BOX USA LLC makes the test information available and is not responsible for the products tested. The final decision on the quality of a product rests with the Customer. GO BOX USA LLC tests at the request of the Customer to provide information for decision-making.

EXCHANGE
GO BOX USA LLC offers product exchange services upon request from the Customer, subject to stock availability. GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for the shipping costs of products for exchange, and the Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including shipping, taxes, customs fees, and other related expenses.

RETURN
GO BOX USA LLC offers product return services upon request from the Customer, subject to return policies of suppliers and originating stores. GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for the shipping costs of products for return, and the Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including shipping, taxes, customs fees, and other related expenses.

STORAGE
GO BOX USA LLC offers product storage services in its warehouse for a period of up to 90 (ninety) calendar days, counted from the arrival date of the shipment at the warehouse. After this period, GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to dispose of the contents of the shipment at its discretion. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with storage, including storage fees, handling, and other related charges.

CONSOLIDATION
GO BOX USA LLC offers package consolidation services upon request from the Customer. GO BOX USA LLC will consolidate multiple shipments into a single shipment in order to save on shipping costs for the Customer. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with consolidation, including consolidation fees, handling, and other related charges.

FORWARDING OF SHIPMENTS
GO BOX USA LLC offers package forwarding services upon request from the Customer. GO BOX USA LLC will forward shipments to the destination address specified by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with forwarding, including shipping, taxes, customs fees, and other related expenses.

PRIVACY POLICY
GO BOX USA LLC maintains a privacy policy that describes how Customers' personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION
GO BOX USA LLC does not guarantee the shipment of any package without the customs declaration associated with the package properly filled out, in accordance with the import-export regulations and other customs regulations of the United States and the customs authorities of the respective country. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these regulations and ensure compliance at the time of shipment. We are in compliance with the regulations of US CUSTOMS & TSA through services provided by third parties. The Customer certifies that their shipments will not contain any unauthorized items such as Explosives, Devices Destructive to Aircraft, Contraband, and Dangerous Goods. By authorizing the shipment, the Customer is aware that all declared documents are available to the US authorities on file until the shipment is sent and scanned in case of future inspection. Therefore, GO BOX USA, LLC is not responsible for customs classifications (HS codes) and values for customs purposes in both the US and BRAZIL. In case of fines by Brazilian authorities due to fraudulent interposition or smuggling, the responsibility for legal actions lies solely with the Customer.

LIABILITY
GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for the actions of third parties (delays, losses, returns, etc.), such as postal and freight services (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, CORREIOS PACKET, etc.). All terms and conditions of use of third-party services are subject to separate agreements. The Customer is solely responsible for customs duties and taxes, as well as other payments and fees related to postal services and the transportation of goods across international borders. GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for any returns, seizures, or other procedures by customs authorities or postal services. In such cases, the shipping fee paid cannot be refunded. GO BOX USA LLC does not provide any processing and shipping services for gift cards, payment cards, discount cards, coupons, and gift vouchers purchased by Customers from third parties, whether individuals or legal entities. GO BOX USA LLC is not responsible for products purchased from stores and/or suppliers, and is also not responsible for the transportation of such products to GO BOX USA LLC. GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to refuse the offering of any service without providing reasons. In this case, the balance amount is refunded to the card with which the credits were added. Received packages are returned to the stores after the presentation of respective receipts and payment of return labels.

GO BOX BALANCE REFUND
GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to choose the method of refunding any balance that the customer has in their suite. This may include the use of transfer methods by US money remittance companies (such as Western Union and Cambio Real) or online accounts (such as PayPal, US bank accounts, or international bank accounts from Brazilian banks such as Nomad, BS2, or similar). The refund amount will always be in US dollars, and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs, exchange rate differences, or any other costs related to this refund. It is at the discretion of the customer to cancel such refund only before it is completed by GO BOX USA LLC, after the amount has been sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel the operation.

The customer must request the refund through the email claims@goboxusa.com only from the same email that they have the suite for which they want the refund, and provide the suite details, amount, and bank account information for the refund in the email."

GO BOX BALANCE TRANSFER
The balance in your account is solely intended for payment of services, such as shipments, assisted purchases, or others. It is not allowed to sell or transfer this balance to other accounts, even if the other account is owned by the same person.

VERSION
The content described in this document corresponds to the most updated version of our terms of use. GO BOX USA LLC reserves the right to modify prices, conditions, and existing services without prior notice for such changes, but will notify all Customers when there is an update.

JURISDICTION
GO BOX USA LLC is headquartered in the state of FLORIDA in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates in accordance with the laws of this country.
